By engaging our services, you agree to receive the services as outlined in your service agreement or subscription plan.
Payment Terms
All payments are required in advance and are non-refundable. By subscribing, you authorize Nova Edge Marketing to charge your nominated payment method for the agreed-upon amount as per your service plan.
Website Design Services: A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any website design project. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the work or within 3 weeks of the project start date, whichever comes first.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your service:

A 30-day written notice must be submitted to contact@novaedgemarketing.com

A final invoice will be issued covering the current subscription period, along with any unpaid invoices for services rendered up to the cancellation date

All outstanding amounts must be paid within 5 days of the final invoice being issued

Cancellation becomes effective only after the 30-day notice period has lapsed and all payments are received

Termination of Services
Nova Edge Marketing reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time, without prior notice, if you:
